Which coaching package is best for me?
It depends on where you’re at. If you’re just starting out or you’ve struggled with consistency in the past, weekly check-ins are the way to go. More frequent touchpoints mean faster feedback, quicker adjustments, and less time spent stuck or second-guessing. Most clients start here.
Bi-weekly works if you’ve got a solid foundation and don’t need as much hands-on guidance, you’re consistent but want someone keeping an eye on things.
Monthly is best for people who’ve already worked with me and have their habits dialed in. It’s maintenance mode, a periodic review to keep things on track.
Not sure? Start with weekly. You can always scale back once things are running smoothly.
How is this different from other online coaches?
Reliability, Trust and Results. Most coaches overpromise and underdeliver. Slow responses, recycled programmes, inconsistent check-ins, or worst, ghosting altogether. I’ve been doing this for 10+ years and I’ve seen how bad it can get. My clients don’t chase me. They focus on the work, and I deliver on everything else.
I'm quite busy and/or travel a lot, is coaching still for me?
Life happens. Your programme adapts. Traveling? I’ll adjust for the traveling schedule, consider hotel gyms or bodyweight work. Missed a week? We recalibrate. The goal is sustainable progress, not perfection.
How soon will I see results?
Depends on where you’re starting and how consistent you are. Most clients notice changes within 3-4 weeks, energy, strength, how clothes fit. More experienced lifters will take longer, but mostly know that already. Visible body composition shifts usually take 8-12 weeks. I’ll be honest with you about realistic timelines based on your goal. Anyone promising dramatic results in two weeks is lying.
How do the programmes adapt over time?
I use mostly a Double Progression System (Intensity, Reps/Load) in my coaching to ensure continuous progress. Your training and nutrition adjust based on weekly performance data, preventing plateaus and maximizing results. Additionally, I use my “Reverse Engineering Method” to give you recommendations for load and reps from meso to meso.
I'm No bodybuilder, I just want to look better. Is it still for me?
This is for people who want to look good, feel strong, and stay healthy, without fitness taking over their life. You’re probably somewhere in your mid-20s to 40s, juggling work, family, friends, and everything else that comes with it. You enjoy training, but it’s not your identity. It’s something that should complement your life, not compete with it.
If you’re looking for a coach to help you get lean, build some muscle, and actually stay consistent while managing real-life responsibilities, you’re in the right place.
If you’re chasing stage-ready bodybuilding or six-hour gym days, this isn’t the right fit.
How do check-ins work?
Once a week (or bi-weekly/monthly depending on your package), you submit a check-in; weight, training logs, how things are going. I review everything, make adjustments to your programme and nutrition if needed, and send you a detailed response. It’s not a generic template, it’s specific to you and what’s happening that week.
Between check-ins, you can message me with important or urgent questions. I respond within 24 hours. (often much less)
What equipment do I need?
Orbit programmes are designed for a fully-equipped gym, however, based on the individual selection of exercises, you can easily make it work with minimal equipment, such as in a basic home-gym.
Do I need to track everything I eat?
Initially, yes. It’s the fastest way to understand your habits and hit your targets. Over time, most clients develop intuitive habits and track less strictly. The goal is to make it feel effortless eventually.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There’s a minimum of 3 months sign up time. You have to consider that I’m creating a programme customised to you. After the initial 3 month, you can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice period. That said, real results take time, most clients see meaningful progress within 2-3 months and stay longer because it’s working.
