How Does It Work?
Orbit Protocol is built on a Triple Progression System, ensuring continuous gains through strategic increases in volume, reps, intensity, and load. Unlike cookie-cutter programmes, Orbit systematically adjusts your training variables to maximize strength and muscle growth without plateaus.
At the core of the system is a sophisticated training spreadsheet that adapts dynamically to your performance every week. Based on your progress each mesocycle, it calculates optimal starting reps and loads, keeping your training personalized and effective.
Each programme comes with the option to choose between 4-6 day training splits. The 15 structured mesocycles ensure a well-rounded approach to hypertrophy and maximal strength development. Each cycle takes you through 3x hypertrophy blocks, 1x Metabolite block and 1x strength block, in order to get to your desired outcome.

Which Orbit programme is best for me?
Each Orbit program is tailored to a specific goal:
- Black Hole – Full-body strength & hypertrophy for overall development.
- Neptune – Full-body focus with a bit more emphasis on the lower body but still plenty of upper.
- Venus – Lower-body specialisation for a bigger glutes and legs, with focus on back, and arms. Very little chest and arms.
- Mars – Upper-body specialisation for a bigger chest, back, and arms. Very little lower body work.
How do the programmes adapt over time?
Orbit uses the Triple Progression System (Volume, RIR, Reps/Load) to ensure continuous progress. Your training and nutrition adjust based on weekly performance data, preventing plateaus and maximizing results. Additionally, we’re using my “Reverse Engineering Method” to give you recommendations for load and reps from meso to meso.
Can I switch between programmes?
Yes and no…you can always get another programme besides your original purchase. They complement each other fantastically well, especially if you want to go through different specialisation blocks, if you focus changes or you need something new.
What is different to other programmes?
Most programs are static. Not only that, to be very frank, they are absolute trash. They have pathetic design, no automation, very little options for personalisation, and I could go on. I’ve seen hundreds of programmes by now from “experts” and all I’ve seen are utter jokes.
Orbit is fully dynamic, adjusting training, nutrition, and recovery recommendations weekly based on real data.

What equipment do I need?
Orbit programmes are designed for a fully-equipped gym, however, based on the individual selection of exercises, you can easily make it work with minimal equipment, such as in a basic home-gym.
Can I do Orbit if I'm a beginner?
Yes! While the programmes are optimised for intermediate to advanced lifters, beginners can still follow them as I’ve tried my best to give very clear instruction with the handbook. The main thing is to focus on form and progression.
How long are the training sessions?
Each Orbit programme includes 15 structured training cycles, with splits ranging from 4-6 days. Of course, it depends a little on the training frequency and your individual recovery capabilities during a session, but on average I’d say it’s between 45min. – 1.30h. If you find yourself having more or less time at hand, you could always switch from a 4 day split to a 6 day split or vice versa.
Do I get support or coaching with Orbit?
Orbit provides a detailed training handbook, video exercise library (100+ exercises), and structured progress tracking, so you’re never left guessing. While it’s a self-guided system, the detailed framework eliminates confusion and helps you stay on track. If however, you find yourself having any questions, you can always reach out to me.
Is there a refund policy?
Unfortunately there is no refund. Let me explain why and I’m sure you’ll understand. As it’s a digital product and you’ll basically have immediate access to it all, alongside with all of the documents that come with it, I simply can’t offer a refund.
But! That being said, my goal is to provide immense value and basically the best programmes that are available. Over 10 years of full-time coaching makes me very confident in what I’ve created. I’m certain that a refund won’t ever cross your mind!
In the case that it does, if you can provide me with proper reasoning and rationale as to why a refund may be warranted, I’m all ears.
